We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your counselling session. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have a clear cancellation policy.
- More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge.
- Between 12 and 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, a fee equivalent to 50% of your session fee will be charged.
- Less than 3 hours’ notice: If you cancel with less than 3 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
